A player for the reel. Plain answers.
The launch reel on the homepage now plays in a player made for it, the homepage carries fewer labels, and the words the app uses have one page that defines them.
A player made for the reel
The reel used to play in your browser's standard video bar. It now has its own: a play button in the middle of the frame, a seek bar that shows how much has loaded, the time, sound with a volume slider, captions and full screen.
It still starts muted, and only once it scrolls into view. If your device asks for reduced motion, it waits for you to press play. While it plays muted, a Turn sound on button sits in the corner until you choose. The controls fade while it plays and come back when you move the pointer or use the keyboard.
Captions are drawn above the controls instead of underneath them, and you can turn them off. Full screen takes the whole player, so the controls and captions come with it; on iPhone it opens the system player. With a player control focused, K plays and pauses, M mutes, C turns captions on or off, F opens full screen, and J and L move ten seconds. On the seek bar, the arrow keys move five.
Without JavaScript, the reel keeps the browser's own controls, so it always plays.
Fewer labels on the homepage
The notes beside the app preview lost their numbered labels, and the Commit, Prove and Grow cards lost their step numbers. Each card still names its step; the numbers added nothing. The pricing page lost its lone step number too.
One page for the words we use
The new glossary defines twenty-eight terms the app and docs use, from daily proof and the AI Game Master to Circles, Proof Points and forfeits. Each definition stands on its own and repeats what the FAQ and docs already say, including what is not available yet: public mainnet staking is not open.
Readable by search engines and AI assistants
When someone asks a search engine or an AI assistant about Operator Uplift, its answer should come from what this site says. Our public pages now let the crawlers of the major AI assistants read them, as search engines already could, and the glossary is published in a form they can read. Sign-in pages, admin tools and server routes stay closed to every crawler, and your proofs and progress stay behind your sign-in.
