What each Operator Uplift term means, from commitments and daily proof to Circles, stakes and Seeker.

Short answers to what each word means in Operator Uplift, drawn from the guides, the FAQ and the terms. Where a guide covers a word in full, it is linked.

Challenges and proof

Operator Uplift
Operator Uplift is a commitment app: choose a goal, post daily photo proof, and follow your progress. You can start a free challenge without depositing money, and public mainnet staking is not open yet. See Getting started.
Commitment
A commitment is the small daily action you choose to keep, such as clearing a surface, writing one priority, or recording a fact and its source. Each day you do it and record your proof, which builds a record of showing up. See Getting started.
Challenge
A challenge is a goal with a published daily rule, proof guide, duration and deadline, which you read before joining. A calendar-day challenge is not a rolling 24-hour window. See Daily proof.
Free challenge
A free challenge needs no payment: no stake, deposit, wallet or fee. Accepted proof earns XP and helps you level up. See Getting started.
Funded challenge
A funded challenge asks for a stake, which it shows with its fees before you join. Funded mainnet commitments have separate launch requirements: new deposits remain paused, and public mainnet staking is not open yet. See Mainnet and Seeker.
Daily proof
Daily proof is a photo of the result of your daily action, added from Today and submitted before the displayed deadline. Selecting a photo does not submit it, and an upload does not count as an accepted day. See Daily proof.
Daily code
The daily code is displayed in the app for each day of a new signed-in challenge. Include it on paper beside the physical result, or inside your own note when the guide allows note screenshots. It makes generic and recycled evidence less useful, but it does not prove capture time or human authorship. See Daily proof.
AI Game Master
The AI Game Master is the AI reviewer on the server that compares signed-in photo proof with the challenge's published task and evidence rules. If it is unavailable, the day stays pending rather than being approved. Review is a check, not a guarantee. See Daily proof.
Pending
Pending means the review has not finished. A pending day does not count as an accepted day or a confirmed payout, and a proof submitted on time keeps its original day while it waits. See Daily proof.
Guest progress
Guest progress is what you record without signing in. It is free, saved in this browser and unverified; it has no cash value, is never imported as verified proof, and clearing browser data can remove it. See Getting started.
Account progress
Account progress is what you record while signed in. Your proofs and progress are saved across devices, and you can start free account challenges and join Circles without a wallet or deposit. See Getting started.

Progress and Community

Journey
Journey is where the app brings together your recorded progress and player appearance: your progress, trophies and wardrobe, and the Operator Card you can share.
XP and level
Accepted check-ins build your progress, XP and level. Free challenge XP is progress in the app, not withdrawable USDC.
Wardrobe
The wardrobe holds the appearance choices for your player. Rarer pieces are tied to the challenges you finish and the streaks you keep, and every piece is cosmetic: none changes a proof rule, a review result, a stake or a payout.
Operator Card
An Operator Card is a shareable image of your Journey ratings: Focus, Vitality, Consistency, Grit and an Overall Rating. It is generated on your device, nothing is posted automatically, and ratings have no cash value. See Leagues and Operator Cards.
Community
Community is where signed-in members find Circles, friends, messages and leagues. It requires a verified sign-in and an explicit agreement to the Community rules, and guest progress does not publish to it. See Circles.
Circle
A Circle is an optional progress-sharing group, such as a run club, creator group or team, that follows a daily challenge together. Members choose whether to share their progress, and a Circle is not a separate money pool. See Circles.
League
A league is an optional seven-day season that counts accepted daily proof. Seasons start Monday at 00:00 UTC, brackets hold up to 50 participants, and joining is an explicit account choice. See Leagues and Operator Cards.
Proof Points
Proof Points are league points. A qualifying server-accepted photo proof earns 100, and submission within the commitment's agreed daily window earns 25 more; upload attempts, timer hours and device-only progress earn none. See Leagues and Operator Cards.
Division
A division is a league tier. Initiate is the entry tier; Bronze requires seven verified days, Silver fourteen, and Gold twenty-eight or a confirmed active funded commitment. Operator requires top-five-percent consistency and a successfully settled commitment of at least 10 USDC. See Leagues and Operator Cards.
Crew completion
Crew completion is a Circle's accepted check-ins divided by its due check-ins this season, with upcoming days excluded. The Captain and members must consent before aggregate standings are public, and another member's missed day does not change your streak. See Leagues and Operator Cards.

Stakes and membership

Stake
A stake is the money you commit to a funded challenge. New funded challenges start at 5 USDC in principal, with fees shown separately before you confirm; when a funded challenge is enabled, finish and your stake returns, miss the commitment and it is forfeited. Public mainnet staking is not open yet. See Frequently asked questions.
Forfeit
A forfeit is the loss of a stake when a funded commitment is missed, and missing a required day can forfeit the whole stake, not only that day's share. Forfeited stakes carry a 4% penalty; the remaining 96% is shared by eligible finishers in the same cohort, and if nobody finishes, that remainder goes to the protocol. See Frequently asked questions.
Enrollment fee
The enrollment fee is the standard 1% fee paid on top of the stake in funded cohorts. It is not refunded, and some cohorts waive it. See Frequently asked questions.
Vault
Vault is the place in the app to review wallet and account controls. Connecting a wallet does not transfer money or establish that a stake has settled.
Pro membership
Pro is an optional $9.99 monthly membership to support ongoing development, when checkout is available. It has the same proof rules and settlement terms as Free, with no financial bonus or priority proof review. See Plans and membership.

Seeker and mainnet

Seeker app
The Seeker app is the Operator Uplift Android release for Seeker. It opens the same hosted experience as the web app, and Seed Vault Wallet keeps control of wallet keys and signing approval. The publisher reports that it is live in the Solana dApp Store under com.operatoruplift.mobile; physical Seed Vault wallet testing remains outstanding. See Mainnet and Seeker.
Mainnet launch
Mainnet money movement has not completed its launch verification. The escrow program is not deployed on mainnet, new deposits remain paused, and an independent security review and a successful real-money lifecycle are still required. See Mainnet and Seeker.
